Abstract

Empowering education and maintaining the sustainability of the outcome is one of The Government initiatives in supporting the quality of higher education in Malaysia. Technical and Vocational Training (TVET) will be a premier education to fulfill career and industry demand in the future. The nurturing process must begin with development of the comprehensive learning curriculum. An extensive partnership between the TVET institution and respective partners can provide a significant outcome to enhance the graduates quality and capabilities while maintaining the competitive advantages in the labour market. The strategic collaboration among the partners can be establish by strengthen the three domains concentrating on people, environment and training as one of the solution for unemployment issue.
