Abstract
Banyak kesan buruk yang berlaku disebabkan oleh amalan merokok. Amalan ini merupakan faktor risiko bagi pelbagai gangguan, termasuklah kanser yang melibatkan organ di luar salur pernafasan. Berdasarkan data epidemiologi, faktor risiko untuk menghidap kanser lebih tinggi pada perokok lelaki berbanding dengan perokok wanita.
