Abstract

This study aims to identify the Personality some Yemeni traits in creative poets. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a scale for mental Personality traits that fits the environment of Yemen. The researcher used five scientific methods to do so. These methods are as follows:- (TheLocus of control, - Emotional balance, - Extraversion. This sample was chosen Narcissism- Achievement Motivation). according to 'specific criteria, It has a total of 39 male and female poets who falls in the range of 18-60 years old. After applying and analyzing the sample, the results show that poets are characterized by an internal Locus of control and tending to the emotional balance more than neurotic and characterized by Extraversion and the formation of social relationships with others. Also, they are characterized by a low level of narcissism and a high level of achievement motivation.
