Abstract

As the world embraces itself to an epidemic of obesity, the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease is increasingly being recognized inclinics worldwide. At the moment there is no direct cause and effect relationship between obesity and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Gastroesophageal reflux disease it prevalent in both non obeseand obese individuals.
